# Yoyo axle mod

I was watching England1414 BST video and I saw his hard coat dv888 that he use this axle where it works like a BBYY version of spike holders anybody know how to do this

Buy a longer than necessary axle from a hardware store. It’s an M4 x .7mm set screw if you were wondering. Stock is 15mm long. A 25mm long replacement would be your best bet because it would give you a little under 5mm long spikes.

Then all you have to do is sharpen the ends. That wouldn’t be too hard. Just wrap the axle in a layer or two of tape, chuck it in a drill, and go to town with a metal file. Repeat for the other side.
