The Too Hot is great.  
IMO lots better than the shutter.  
I would go with that.

No way for any of the yoyos above $100. If you’re just starting, get a shutter or dv888 or protostar or something like that. If I were you I would not be ready to make a $150 commitment right away.

Too Hot, Aluminum Dream. Both of these are pretty powerful and stable throws. Their long spinning capabilities (depending on how well you can throw a yoyo) will give you enough time to comfortably get through a tutorial.
