I got this at Big 5 Sporting Goods here in Colorado Springs. They also had YoYoFactory Whips, Hubstack, and the Velocity.
I had fallen off with following Yoing, back when people was modding Duncan Wheels to have a ballbearing. So I glad I was able to get this combo pack for only 6 bucks.

Thanks for the link to the other thread about the plastic sleeve. I think I will end up snatching this sleeve out of the Duncan wheels. Cause I threw this wheels once and I want to punt it off our porch

You can also stuff rubber O-rings under the hubcaps for some added weight, it can be a fun responsive throw.
