I got it before i did my other topic thing and it cant sleep for 10 seconds and im not sure if you can return the yo-yo back to yoyoexpert man im pissed

You can return it, but the sleep time is most likely:
1. The way it is set up.
2. You
Make sure the O-Rings are pushed in all the way. Also, work on your throw. The problem is probably you; the 'vict does NOT suck.

I’m just going to throw this out there…
It’s YOU that probably sucks. Unless they’re something physically wrong with the yoyo. For example: broken bearing seat; bearing rubbing up against the sides of the bearing seat (sometimes it happens with yoyos but ever so rarely); shims set up wrong; something stuck in the bearing.

The X-Convict is my favorite YYJ the bearing may need some play to get it spinning well. If you have any questions about what to do let me know, I would be happy to help.

i have an x-vict and its awesome!!! it spins for more than a minute which isnt
as long as ive heard it spin for(aparently i have to work on my throw)
but its definately enough to do an awesome trick!

Dude the 'Vict does not suck. I have a X-Con and that doesnt suck either. Work on your throw before you accuse YYJ like that. Shame on you.
