Almost every time I try to do a wrist whip I get a knot in my string. This is when I hit in and when I don’t. ---

Ah, I’ve been popping out my left side (right-handed) and have been getting a lot of knots. Also sometimes when I land it, it lands kinda like a simple Trapeze. Can’t say I don’t like it, but it isn’t what I am going for.
