# who here thinks that yoyoing should be an olympic sport?

I’d rather see more coverage of the existing comps. I think that’s the way the IOC works anyway - the Olympics doesn’t seem like it tries to raise awareness of lesser known sports, rather once a sport gains a certain amount of popularity they might add it.

I just don’t feel like the Olympics is the right venue for yo-yoing. I like the way Worlds is kind of half competition, half convention and I think the Bird House tour and Triple Crown are better ways to grow.

It is/was an Olympic sport, but was recently removed, along with softball.
