If your not going to get a center-trac, get a NSK concave.

Not sure if you meant “either” instead of “neither.” Of the three, I personally prefer a grooved bearing, then the 5-cut, then the center trak. Though honestly, whatever’s cheapest and most readily available (that isn’t a flat bearing) will do you just fine.
If you’re looking at shapes, I’d also consider the V cut. I personally prefer that after grooved. Not sure if they sell any on YYE.
I don’t personally find that brand matters all that much—kinda have a suspicion that a lot of these parts ultimately get sourced from the same/similar providers. I’ve had good luck with Crucial, G2 Boss Rage, Mazal Tops, Rain City Skills, MFD, etc bearings.
