Iceberg is _very_ loud if this is something that would bother you. You can get a silent bearing but I swear the shape amplifies all the sounds this yoyo makes.
Both yoyos definitely good, would recommend taking a look at the Dressel Designs Monarch and some of the other C3yoyodesign hybrids (personally recommendation is the rooc if you like V shapes) as well.
Out of the two if I had to pick I would take the FX.

I agree with all of this. Many great hybrids out there but FX is my fave of them all.

Rx is really good. Iceberg is really good.
Honestly get whichever one floats your boat and you’ll be happy

if you can get your hands on an fx it’s probably the way to go, but i’d recommend the monarch if none are available and you still want a hybrid, i am 100% a monarch fangirl for life

Shfx fingerspins better tho both aren’t braindead easy to correct into a fingerspin if you miss the dimple. Iceberg feels more powerful but shfx is pretty zippy. Dd monarch is also good as a slightly more performant shfx without the dimple

100% agree on noisy iceberg somehow it’s loud regardless what you do but it plays really well so it gets a pass.
