# What's your favorite yoyo material?

I like a really thin wall delrin/pom. Akin to the pom draupnir, something about that almost ceramic like feel is so nice! That said there are so many amazing things in so many amazing materials, I don’t think I’m opposed to any

The Incredible Shinobu leather wrapped a yo-yo many years ago. And the work he accomplished on that yo-yo made just about every modder on Earth fall off their barstool!

I am posting a link to his yo-yo bio. It mentions the leather wrapped yo-yo but I can’t find images at the moment🤔

I will contact Shinobu and ask him for a few pics. I think there is a vid online showing roughly the process.

And… in his bio it says Shinobu took the World modding Crown from Mo(me) that Mo held for years.

It was very fortunate for me that Shinobu let me win 3 years in a row before he started tearing up the Carpet.

I have no qualms admitting I am pretty darn good at modding anything.

But, Shinobu I am not. I am good. He is GREAT.

Easily the 7068,more tensile strength and you can go thinner than 7075 and have a better finish. It is top of the line aluminum.
