Hey dudes!! I don’t know if any of you have ordered string directly from their site recently or what not, but I’ve made an order from them getting about 50 count of 622. Almost 3 weeks now and no string,  
tried contacting them twice vial email and still nothing 😢  
lol maybe I got bad luck but dannnng I need string!

I’ll see if I can get in touch with Frank. I haven’t seen them online in a while though. Hmm.

This was brought up as a topic of discussion on another forum.

I’m not sure how to word the outcome without making frank look bad.

He gets caught with certain stuff every once and a while.
