I’ve seen alot of Freehand Zero’s being modded. So I’m assuming that that’s it. O0

Depends on what you are doing. If you have the proper tools then any yoyo is the best for modding.

I think 2 great yoyos for modding are the FHZ and the Projam

He’s right.

But from what I’ve heard, clear FHZ’s are great for modding because they are easily paintable and easy to do other mods.
