It may have a date in the back of the packaging.

It says playtoy industries at the bottom right so I googled it and it says they were founded in 1973 and went out of business in 1999. Before I knew saw this info I was gonna say the 90’s…now I know its the 90s. Prob mid 90s around 95 or so.
