I always attempt a sky bind, mess it up, instinctively stick my finger in this little loop, and land in this ridiculous tangle, or a green triangle. What trick is that? ---

Sorry man, but I don’t think anyone will be able to understand that description. We either need a way more detailed one, or preferably (by way more) a video. Right now, can’t help. ---

That was in a slight wind, with me genuinely attempting to sky bind. I probably could recreate it if I wanted to, but I don’t.
