It’s kinda crazy what light and the other colors around it can do to colors. Is the dress blue and black or gold and white, ya know?

These can’t be the same color! I originally bought two of these because I thought I wanted a solid light blue. While I had 2 solids, one light blue and the second “navy”…. It did not look like @Exmime photo. Mine was almost black.
The half swap grew on me so I kept it as original and sold one.
@DJReAxion , are these indeed two different colors or is just the lighting? I’m not complaining, I love my half swap, just curious.

They’re the same color haha. We did 10 colors, 50 halves of each. Some were solids and some were used in half-swaps but there was definitely only one navy color in the run. I assembled the majority of them myself and there was no color variation among the navy waves, FPM has top-tier quality control on their anodizing.
@Exmime your photo above is everything but the baby blue, which were used exclusively in the Atlantic and Vaporwave half swaps.

It’s kind of amazing how great this thing plays. I got one for each of my kids and quickly usurped the 8 month old’s for my own. Haha. They come with the string double wrapped, but if you remove a wrap or just put on a new string with no extra wraps, it freakin slaps. I can kwijibo, Eli hop, boing boing, etc. it really is a great first yoyo.
This might be blasphemy but I might like it better than a butterfly. It is mind warping how great it plays.
I don’t like how the rubber holds dirt though…

Yeah it’s strange that the yoyo meant for kids actually is pretty nice. I plan to get a bunch more “for the kids” but I need to get the dog to stop eating them first.

Yeah, its a different color scheme. Pink/blue/black instead of purple/blue/black. I should have asked for aqua instead of blue to get the cotton candy I wanted

That caught my eye too. I tried one out when I got them for our kids and thought it was fine. Now I need to try it again. Last time I tried Kwij on a fixed axle I wasn’t able, but that was last year.
