It happened so fast, I almost lost one of the halves. Glad I found it after a few minutes of searching. 😅 I gave it a dab of wood glue, and now it plays as good as new. 👌 ---

I was throwing this, until it shattered spectacularly… hit a tile in the bagel shop and exploded. That would be cool but this broken half is toast and missing a big chunk. probably going to just dye 2 new halfs and reassemble. I stocked up on lots of spares and enjoy playing them until complete destruction, i smiled when it blew up, lol. They are too cheap and too much fun to be mad. ---

Using up some of the last of the Gutermann before switching over to the new stuff. 10’7” down to 9’ is really nice on gutermann silk. I hope the new ones are close to the same thickness because I’ll probably have to dial stuff in again anyway. Beef hooks are coming along! Sometimes I can land 2 in a row, sometimes I whiff a lot before getting one. Linear is so good. Everyone should have at least one of these. ---
