The whole experience was very interesting, my wife noticed the big package and decided to participate. All contents were well packed and according to my wife, with a “lovely fresh mint aroma”, I don’t know if any perfume was added, but it was curious…
And here we are with the “complete” kit!!
2 friends are coming tomorrow to enjoy those with me, actually they also draw, so that would be a boost for them as well!

Keeping in mind I’m not the greatest player, and having a bad skill day on top of that:
I like how it plays. It definitely feels like a smaller yoyo (which it kinda is at 52mm). I wouldn’t call it floaty, but it’s not a rock. I think it’s at that goldilocks point for knowing it’s there, but not just being a lead weight.
The closest thing that came to mind was the RCS Retro Rocket, but the Rocket feels heavier, more than it’s 1g difference. It’s a little more stable than the Rocket, though it’s obvious I definitely have room for improvement in that area. It’s harder for me to keep on plane than, say, the Hypothesis.
The finish is beautiful and seems to change with the light and even the shirt I’m wearing. It’s grind-able, but does slow down more than a blasted finish would, but I’m willing to make that trade for the aesthetic appeal.
I think it’s comfortable enough in the hand. I had some good, speedy returns and no wounds. I didn’t have any bad catches, so it’s possible the rims would feel worse in that instance, but in normal play I didn’t have any issues at all.
Overall I really like it, and I’m happy with the purchase.

Got this Freyja (Unknown Edition) by Reykjavik Return Tops today. It’s my first time purchasing one of their yoyos and I am extremely happy with it! I will have to keep an eye out for when they do future runs of their other throws.
I also got an Unknown Square Counterweight to try out 5a for the first time on my plastic throws.
