Oh my god, Oh my god, OH MY GOD! šŸ˜± šŸ˜± šŸ˜± šŸ˜± šŸ˜± šŸ˜± Look what just turned up in the mail today, oh lordy lord. @gcoomans, Gethin what a legend! Thank you so much for your generosity kind sir šŸ„° So long story long, I joined in on the recent F.I.X.I.E. competition (the virtual online one) hosted by @adamantiumpops. I knew next to nothing about fixes, and still no clue to be honest, but I had an absolute blast hanging out with some really cool people and enjoying the general banter and camaraderie. After the Fixie completion ended Gethin (@gcoomans) messages me saying he would love to send me some fixies if I would like to try out more 0a! TLDR; Gethin kindly sent me these epic yoyos to try my hand at 0A! Iā€™m just not understanding how you are touching the caps since they are pretty deep. I have several Replays and never got even a scratch on the caps. ---

Just picking it up off the shelf, caught it out of the air a few times screwing up at 5a, holding it by the cup and pulling the string to unwind it after feeling it snag during binds. Stuff like that. Edit: and of course Iā€™ll be more careful not to touch the caps now :wink: ---

It was not for a trade. I didnā€™t want anything in return. I have not held that issue of Daredevil since the 1980ā€™s (it came out in the late summer of 1981). Thank you! Last fall I submitted something to Weird N.J. magazine and never figured itā€™d be used. Bought this YYR Almighty a few weeks back from YYE. Very impressive stability and spin time. Probably the longest spin time in my collection tbh. Dead smooth, even on finger spins.
