Yes and no. The recent news letter give subscribers a second chance to get the same deals. I backed a set and The LED cap upgrade for less than 50 wing wangs and that’s a steal. Best loopers ever. ---

Is that a nylon blend of some sort? The ends have fuzzy bits(like nylon) and strands that stay together(poly? or nylon that doesn’t separate so easily?). Looks good whatever it is. ---

Yeah, I suspect that your package is not moving within the USPS network at all and that such tracking statuses are complete lies. I’m beginning to suspect that the USPS has quietly reduced service to delivering on fewer days, and will continue to do so until they are forced to close completely. The USPS relies almost entirely on federal subsidies to continue operating, and those subsidies end in June. The $10B set aside by Trump to keep them solvent for a little while longer will not do much to stave off the inevitable. ---
