It is that colorway, yes. I would put it closer to a grey-green-black-blue. It might depend on the light it’s in, too. It’s really hard to describe but it’s gorgeous ---

It looks awesome, just not purple! It looks like a dark teal to me, in the photos, which would be fine with me! Dark teal is a favorite of mine. ---

I have the Mercy 8 in Grey. My strings are wearing down in the same area. Strands sticking out around the bearing etc. I was looking to buff that area around the response pads to fix it. I love the yoyo apart from that. But I read on other posts you prefer the 7 anyway. But has anyone had any joy doing this on the Mercy 8? I love it but Im worried I’ll throw it through the oven glass or the TV when the string goes. haha. ---

I’m not a fan of the Mercy 8, I wound up getting a Wilderness 7075 to satisfy my desire for a larger H-shaped yoyo and LOVE it. The Mercy 7 is still one of my favorite throws of all though. The 6, 7, and 8 are so different from each other, it’s confusing why AceYo keeps a singular name for the line.
