You could also alternate replacements, with one “dead” pad and one responsive. ---

Nice size/weight and good response. Really like the aesthetics of the weight ring grooves. The base weight feels great. I don’t feel the need to add any extra weight rings. So yea, Really digging it so far. Wish I had this yoyo when back in 1999!! 🤣 @MaximShoots Gotta love the Canon glass…went mirrorless 3 years ago and never going back! 😁 ---

A few days ago, I received Butterball from Atmos. I expected it to be very similar to Grail (and I love Grail). I have seen such opinions in discussions. But in reality, the yo-yo turned out to be much closer to Bowl 7068. And for me that’s not a bad thing at all! At the same time, it has noticeably more stability than Bowl and Grail. I like how it feels on the rope; it is soft but still responsive to any movement. But In Reality it wasn’t that bad. Super grateful for this trade!! I’ve had two LT’s already and got rid of them both in times of need knowing I replace it someday. And I have a rule I try hard to follow, if I ever have to get rid of a favorite. Always try to replace it with with a better color way when possible or upgrade it. The ones that are true favorites always find their way back into the collection. But the benchmark O!? Oh my… this was a grail I didn’t even know I needed!! This thing is a killer! It shot straight to the top of of my One drop organic favorites. And that list is filled with mfs that don’t play. ---

One Drop Rebirth First throw I literally said “OH!” and grinned. I kept the flat in it for a while then put in a concave sochi ceramic… it’s not quiet at all but it’s so fun and feels like a cheat code. Lots of tricks and elements that were giving me trouble before are much easier with a smaller throw. Okay enough typing back to throwing.
