A companion to my aluminum El Mijo, a very nice yellow El MiJo Polycarbon came in today. A day earlier than expected. I haven’t spent a lot of time with it yet, but so far I’m pretty impressed. Shape, smoothness and finish reminds me of Yoyo Friends. Of course, I’ve already knocked out some finger spins and a DNA, and it is sublime in that area. It’s also pretty nice on the string, and it doesn’t feel as heavy as that 68 grams would suggest. Awesome job by Pang and Vu, and it’s exactly what I’d hoped it would be. ---
