a lot more rim weight on this one, so its much heavier and slower playing than the RBC, but its snappy and shoots the moon like mad. slightly wider gap so it boings just a smidge easier too.

Thats a solid comparison tbh, lighter over all but plays kinda weighty like the ti confusion, but with the snappy response and reactions of the smaller bearing

One thing I really like about playing 0A with my confusion is it can re-gen out of basically anything. I’d just be scared of my knuckles to try a Makin Da Zines to 1.5 mount. I’m sure this thing slays though.

There is room for both, seriously. This is not a “premium” product, its built to a price point. None of that is negative, nor should it be read as such. The RBC is still in another league as an overall product experience, but this is a fantastic offering at a great price.

I’m a little jealous of the MR85 setup seing as its my idea. However, I’m kind of stoked to see other manufacturers use it because it’s kind of a compliment.

This looks like a yoyo you’d see on like… YoYoGuy in like 2008 and lust over long enough until you muster up the courage to ask your parents if you could have $20 to cop it… and then they’d be like “Son we bought you a Dark Magic already, what do you need another yoyo for?” and then you’d get bummed and just go back and look at pics of that & the Superyo Samurai you were saving your lawnmowing money for to buy someday.
No? Just me?

Thank you! Though, I should clarify this is a contract design for yo tricks, not a collab. (I do a fair amount of contract design). I do have other MR85 collab work in the pipeline though.

Was looking at this the other day. Hope they put out some good tutorials for 0A. Was surprised when I saw it was only $20. I was curious how close is it in similarities to the luminator. I think of the luminator more like a freehand one ish type of responsive while this is like a modern fixed axle type? Does that make sense or am I wrong?

Sancti Grail, it’s my favorite turning point titanium but it could just be the honeymoon period. @anon5341354 highly recommend trying one of these they’re fantastic!
