Down at the very bottom, there’s a small link that says “Notify”. If you click that again, a window will come up asking if you want to disable notifications of the thread 🙂

What kind of notifications? Once you’ve posted to a thread, it will always appear in a “show new replies to your posts” list. Forever. But if it’s email or mobile notifications, you should be able to turn that off with AngryGumball’s steps.
