Tossing around my new Variant. Good play on this thing! Trying it with a concave bearing and some slick6. Very nice. Seems odd, but I kinda like these plastics. I have metal yoyos. I enjoy them, but I Like the plastic ones. Perhaps as I get more into string tricks I’ll see where the difference lies. In the mean time, toss a toss!

Over the past few days I have been playing with this a lot. Old school (2010) organic with a somewhat narrow diameter of around 38mm, it really puts your skill to the test and is very rewarding.

I _really_ like the Machination. It is so smooth and stable. It falls into that category of throws that makes it feel a little bit like I’m set on Easy mode.
I decided I really wanted one after watching one of @EOS44’s videos not too long ago. He was throwing a gold one, and it looked _so good_, I just had to have one. I kept procrastinating though, and I’m glad I did because they (Toybania) eventually discounted it pretty heavily and I got it at a bargain price.

The finish on the Top Deck is just ordinary pyramatte “gold” as far as I know.
The bottom right yoyo is a Machination.

The Machination is indeed super good. It plays super interesting. It’s one of those yoyos that seriously deserve to be called “floaty”.
Also, is so super cool to hear you got one because of me. At least that tells me that i helped Vivek sell his stuff with my videos lol.

It helps with string tension…the string can’t become over tightened like it can when it’s tied to your finger because the bearing in the counterweight allows for the string to unwind freely to stay neutral.
haha I feel like I’m doing a super poor job of explaining this.

I’m gonna pick up a Machination around the Thanksgiving holidays. I’ve talked to them via Toybania Instagram and it seems they have it in stock in the US. I did made sure to mention I saw good reviews on the yoyo and have even seen your videos.
Seriously I think this yoyo is very good, based on the reviews, and every comment I’ve seen online. YYE should definitely start selling this. @YoYoExpertGarrett
