I think I found this on Taobao. It looks similar, and there’s a color option called Hydaoqing. It’s being sold under the name “Chassis”. They also describe this as a European/American-style yo-yo. (Update) Unfortunately, this may be a imitation of the unreleased A-RT Yo-Yo.
