Outstanding effort by Alchemik. The Regia in the Lolipop colorway. For me(me) it feels a little heavy on the string. But it is so Powerful, it’s not a feeling of sluggish heaviness. Some yo-yos that feel heavy on the string, ‘play heavy’. I mean, you can’t convince yourself that the heavy is good…. It’s just heavy, lol. This Regia is waaaay different. It plays with ‘Authority’. You throw a medium hard breakaway and as it’s on the upswing, you know it’s the Business. Smooth as Glass.. I don’t mind a little vibe. But then again… I don’t mind ‘no vibe at all’ either. It feels great in the hand and just right rolling off the hand on the throwdown. I have no actual idea on how long they worked with this design? But it’s obvious that they knew it was ready before it dropped. The fit and finish is top shelf. I think all yo-yos are fun. And today, it seems it’s actually rare to get a new yo-yo that is at the very least, very good.
