It’s a pretty standard five ring adapter head so some other brands will work with it, I can confirm the usb-c three pack I got off Amazon as an alternative brand did work with the cables. I actually like these cables better since they can rotate, swivel, and stay connected better (can lift my phone and case with the cable) also comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter for all your legacy wall warts and usb hubs. And a rubber three plug holder to hold a set of adapters not in use onto your cable. ---

Oh, don’t get me wrong, the one’s I was using are from at least 7 years ago, well before magnetic charging was “popular” I believe they actually updated their offerings to be more standard with what became “industry standard.” I was just resistant to updating because I had already put so much effort that became invalidated when they removed their original design from the store, then I forgot about it. Your picture triggered me to remember I still need to do it. ---

I haven’t thrown it since December. It sat without a string since December. I had a new string on the table so I put it on last night. I wish I knew who made the string because I love it. I think it came stock with something. ---

I know that inner-ring bi-metals don’t seem to get as much love, but I have a handful of them and I like all of them. The YoyoPalace Mimic is an example of one of these, and it’s a favorite of mine. Part of the reason is that the stainless steel rims aren’t completely hidden inside the cup, as they extend a bit past the anodized aluminum.
