The bearing is super smooth, but was causing a little responsive play in the throw it was in. I cleaned it, got it free spinning with a puff of air from my dust-puffer and lubed it. Itā€™s whisper quiet and unbelievably smooth, but still plays responsive. Iā€™m not complaining, it is a joy to play, but Iā€™m a bit confused lol. I did use some of my watchmaking lube as an experiment, so I think thatā€™s whatā€™s goin on. I used Mobius Synt-A-Lube, which in watch making is used for ā€œfast mobiles, forms efficient film, stays where you put itā€ so it would be used in things that moving quickly in the watch movement, such as the escape wheel. I put a very tiny drop (using one of my spare oilers) on each ball. Well either way, it made my pano even more perfect for me, as it a reliable glass smooth modern responsive. Using nitro +, it comes back at any speed with a tug, and the gap is still the same width, so itā€™s good for complex tricks like StG. Nice to just throw a couple quick sleepers and pop it back in my pocket, too! ---
