Cloudberry. Picked up a B grade from the sale last month and have been enjoying it so much more than I did in the past. I’ve finally started to see more of the appeal of playing with organics like this. It’s got enough rim weight and stability that I can just practice whatever I want on it without feeling like I should swap to a different yoyo. It’s just comfortable to play with, and every time I catch it the beefy rounded rims remind me why people love shapes like this so much. It doesn’t give me that same fun feeling I love out of the Freehand or similar yoyos, but those aren’t yoyos I’d ever use to learn and practice difficult tricks on. It also doesn’t have the extreme power and stability I can get out of a competition oriented yoyos, but I don’t need that much performance to just learn and practice individual tricks/elements/combos on. This is just a great middle ground. Also I’ll say this every time I pick up an Atmos yoyo, but the blast is still one of the best on any yoyo. It feels velvety in the hand and grinds are superb.
Immediately swapped out the old clear pads for saturn pads, and laced up with kitty fat. Great stuff @rnsy

Hey Luke,
Yes this on was inspired by the luchador but is definitely very much refined. Great throw I do not know why people slept on this one. I bought a couple of years ago all SoSerious throws and for me that is their master piece simple because of its character. The Chronos is also nice, a X3 Zeus remake but not as special in play as this one.

Got to go collect some free wood today. Stoked! Took a deep state with me and played probably more than I should have. I definitely understand the apeal of this throw now. I’m taking a break from buying for a hot minute but when I start again I definitely need to find a purple one.

Ripping my Freehand again this morning. I really can’t believe how capable this yoyo is, way better of a yoyo than I am a player by orders of magnitude. Landed spirit bomb on this for the second time today and I’m so hyped. I couldn’t duplicate it after the first time so I thought it was just a fluke, but no I just need to get better lol. Spirit bomb on a responsive yoyo gets the endorphins going in a major way lol

Just got a shwangle too don’t know what the hates all about it’s awesome like an aitch had a baby with a Silenus. Had to put a pixel bearing in it. Yyf needs to step up their bearing game.
