What’s the deal with the V2? I have a 6061 Honey Badger from the run last year, which I really love. I’ve seen info on the 7068 V1, but im not sure where the V2 fits in. Is it a 7068 as well?

The Honey Badger V2 is the 7068 version of the 6061 Honey Badger.

The Zipline site has an entry for a 7068 V1, but says, “The original Honey Badger release date was 04/05/19, and we have released 3 other iterations” on the 6061 entry. It sounds like there were 4 versions?

Yes there have been 4 versions, Honey Badger 6061 V1, Honey Badger 6061 V2, Honey Badger 7068 V1 and the Honey Badger 7068 V2.
However, when most people refer to the Honey Badger V2, they refer to the Honey Badger 7068 V2.

Whats frustraiting about it? Honestly the only problem with mine is it really needs to be relubed and freshly stringed everyday to get the response right. So that part is annoying but its one of my favs

Raw (prepro?) Punchline and Typo.
I always wanted a Punchline but not the engraved production models. Many years ago I threw a red and white prepro that belonged to the only local thrower I knew. Anyways, I finally have a Punchline now and it’s a keeper (thanks @Sergio ).
The Typo looks and plays great but it needed a bearing swap and response cleaning right away to solve some slippy bind issues. Now we’re good. Reminds me of a higher performance version of an OG 44re:creation Stargazer.

I guess I should have been clearer. Frustrating that my throws are nowhere as straight as I want them to be and the Deep State put a spotlight on what I am lacking as it requires precision. It’s not the yo, it’s my throw. I’m getting better though! With full size yoyos poor throwing is sometimes not as easy to notice. I love my DS and am getting better with it.
