It’s been that kind of day.
Started with the Silk because it’s a sweet throw that hasn’t seen much use in a while. Then i saw the “what’s your favorite” thread, so the Death Adder v2 and the Magpie came out. They needed to be thrown. While i was grabbing those, i couldn’t help but notice the Hummingbird. Just sitting there. Looking all pretty. She got a new DS bearing because the ceramic one was suddenly tug responsive.
So, yeah. This is what I’m throwing. So far. There are others in those boxes that look like they need some spin time.
I may have too many throws…
Just kidding. I can’t have too many. Just not enough time to love them all.

Some recent pickups. Left to right:
Asteria Star Trail - a powerful and beautiful performer. Superb for horizontal. Designed by my friend @Matcha
GWAY Daredevil - Great mid-sized d-bearing. Feels good and performs good.
Atmos Stormberry - Wide, big, round, and has a shiny ring. Very interesting blast on this, and fun to compare to the Cloudberry.
Docpop BoltXP - POM, schmoove, nice and round. I can take this one outside in the cold! Very nice overall.

That’s my audio interface to the PC. A Focusrite Scarlett 2 channel. I use it with a lite version of Pro Tools to record the bass and some keys for our music. Also use it for practice and to come up with new ideas. Very nice piece, especially for the price.
For an amp, my gig rig is an Aguilar SC500 head into a GK 2x12 at 8 ohms for 250 watts. Sounds incredible. I can also add the Acoustic 15 inch cab if i feel like i need to shake the walls at 500 watts…

Atmos Ari, Stormberry, and Noah are my most recent go to’s now.
Not sure if Ari will beat Stormberry for me but that’s only because first day with it - today its definitely winning lol
And I can’t seem to put down the noah, that float is fantastic with alu UL’s and is super noticeable after throwing the Ari or my Vulture/hummingbird lol

Decided to work on my inside throw fingerspin (always had trouble with the bind) today. And the simple on her Basilisk is perfect for that. So today is the same as yesterday.
