Try the beeswax on purple heart. When you apply a little pressure with a cloth after applying the wax it turn a deep purple. :+1: ---

I now know I never paired it with the right string and then the string I replaced it with was accidentally cut 5” too short but I’d throw it once awhile but eh…whatever. Tonight I put on a @BadWolfeCo string (goldilocks) from another yoyo that was the right length and whoah…this thing rocks. It’s like a new yoyo and sooo fun! ---

Sometimes all you need is the right kind of string, different bearing, or certain response pads. I’ve had 2 different occasions where I swapped out a bearing and went from “meh…” to “is this the same yoyo?” I’m not too picky when it comes to string, but I prefer easy to see colors like bright orange.
