Was there a physical release of this or is it just the 720p web stream? I asked the director on FB but never received a response.

This doesn’t answer your question, and it’s probably already info you know…

But they were at least thinking about making a physical copy at some point.

Sorry I’m not more help. None of the info I just posted helps answer your question. The info I posted is more of a “maybe” and not a concrete yes or no.
