This implies there’s a universal “look” to bimetals, which… There isn’t. Just like monometals.

the way i see it there is 3~4 bimetal rims formulas that almost everyone is doing, pictured here is what i think the “industrial” all perfomance no funny business design thats what this yoyo is doing as well.
sure there are all different in one way or another but its the same mold with minimal tuning here and there.
just my 2cents.

I see the similarities, I had the same thought as well
