Let’s share some fancy words!

1. [b]quincunx/b An arrangement of five elements in a square, with four in the corners and one in the center.
2. [b]pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis/b An obscure term ostensibly referring to a lung disease caused by silica dust, sometimes cited as one of the longest words in the English language.

Other words to be added.

Use common sense and please, no inappropriate words.
