What are your opinions on the performance of the one drop vanguard vs the YYF aluminum dream? I like the look of the dream but the wide surface of the vanguard looks good for finger spins. ---

I have not played the any of the dream series. The Vanguard was my first metal and is still one i play often its great for working on new tricks good spin time, smooth, also binds much better than the 2 yyf i have the yyf seem to slip and not bind as tight as the One Drops to me at least. I should add that i am new to the hobby since the 90s boom so take the binding comment as coming from a noob! ---

I prefer the Aluminum Dream by far. It’s a great budget metal by YoyoFactory.
