# Unsubscribe from topics

I don’t know about you guys, but I post a reply in some random topics, such as the How High Can We Go? thread, but I basically have stopped paying attention to that thread. There should be an option to allow threads to not be “followed” if we wish.

Do you have this box checked in your profile:  
Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.

It’s under Notifications and Email.

Or are you saying you don’t want it to be marked as new for you?

I think what he means is that he does not want to keep track of certain threads like the “how high can we go” but he still wants notification of more relevant ones.

I want this too, like an option when checking new replies to your posts, you cant mark as read but also be able to stop the notices from coming too.

Yeah, I guess what I mean is that I use the “Show new replies to your posts” but I think it would be nice if it were possible to “unsubscribe” from certain threads. The email setup is fine.
