I need some help. I want a good unresponsive yoyo for less than $30. Im thinking of getting a POPstar but if anyone thinks I could do better please tell me. 😃

There are many preferences that you didn’t say: Skill, Grinding, Size etc…  
But there are only some in this price range and here are the main ones:  
Protostar------$5 more  
Northstar------$5 more  
GM  
Legacy

well the popstar is a mini pocket yoyo so make sure u know that and also how bout

glow nasty

starlite

counter attack

Oh yeah, the POPstar, is not a yoyo to learn on. It is only meant for challenging your skill.
