I would pick the Arrow if your still doing responsive because it comes with a responsive and an unresponsive bearing so you can learn replaceable and unresponsive on the same yoyo. But if you are an unresponsive player already I would use the Aoe because it is a good bang for the buck unresponsive yoyo and plays really well (And I am loving the colors for it).

Area of effect has both the unresponsive and responsive set up as well
