I don’t have a video to show you but try doing an “under-the-leg” suicide. It is suicide that starts with a trapeze under your leg then suicides to your hand above your leg. Try it 🙂

well, i have seen some people do trapezes with their leg instead of their finger…and for 2a, you can do milk the cows between your legs, but that would take crazy practice
