where is the yoyo swinging to land in the gt? in between the strings? ---

**Week 12 — Candy Rain** Continuing the theme of classic tricks this month, this week we’re learning Candy Rain by Gabe Lozano. It’s a good exercise in finger dexterity (and memory). The only real requisite trick here is magic drop, so if you’re still struggling with it let us know and we’ll give you some tips. If you already know the trick and are looking for a challenge, learn [Candy Rain 2](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xM4Rm4YAayE) or [Candy Rain 3](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhJXmQeiOw8) (3 is much tougher). Or, as always, try to do it on a responsive yo-yo. ---

Like that you posted the OG version of candy rain 2. It’s been one of my favorite “genre” of tricks since I started. Candy Rain rain 3 was always on my bucket list too. Watching Sakatuca execute it so smooth is something I still need to work towards. Here is a playlist of all the candy rain variations. Move your hands closer together after the magic drop and aim the magic drop towards the nth vs like straight up. If this doesnt make sense i can send a video or if you send a vid maybe we can spot what the issue is. ---
