whew! started going over this one with my coffee. little tricky at first, but interesting mounts and transitions, good one! since we’re wrapping this one up, poll and all, i just wanna say big thanks to @digitalcharlie and @GTDropKnot for putting this together this year. it takes work and effort to keep the tricks flowing every week, plus filming and helping when any of us have had trouble. yall are goats 🤙:clap::clap: also thanks to you other participants for jumping in and helping out too! i jumped on this train pretty late but I’ve had a blast learning these last few with all of yall and I’m really looking forward to '25 Let’s Gooooo!! ---

Personally I’d love to see more tricks with first person pov tuts, I find it mad confusing to learn when it’s just from the front angle ---

That being said I want to say what a wonderful thing you’ve guys done with this thread. Promoting so many creators on here and sharing tuts to help people learn have been a big help in the scene! Ik it helped me a looot since the first trick of the week released. Thanks you 🙏🏻 ---

Yeah so there’s like a feel to it where you slightly pull away from the yoyo to open up the slack and you want to do that at the right moment and not too early so it’s easier to hit. Also try to toss the yoyo right by where your finger is so you don’t have to track it much. You can see how kentaro mannen pulls away to open up the loop really clear right here. Just be confident and yall will crush it. Just looks really clean if only the index is out. ---

welp i got this one cept the suicide. The upward piece also helps a ton for more advanced versions - you can really tell the difference with the 1.5 version. If I don’t angle up a bit I basically can’t do it. ---

also, dude ur suicide looks tight! mine are getting better. i realized i was making the two sides of the string even right before the toss, which was def not the right proportion ---

**Week 52–Control Workshops** Yo so this is the final week of the year. I just want to say thank you to everyone that has participated! I hope y’all learned some tricks or at least got some new things bookmarked to learn later. I will not be continuing the thread next year but think @digitalcharlie will keep it going. Y’all should hit him up if you want to help out. I am going to copy @mable and post Akitoshi Tokubuchi’s control workshops for the final trick. Please watch them all and learn what you can.
