# Tips for hitting a 4.0 hook plz

I can do the trick but I am super inconsistent at it. does anyone have tips? thanks in advance!

Stand in a barrel of leeches at the full moon, a bullfrog taped to your throat. Sing the Song of Hooks and, if you are lucky, you will achieve nirvana.

Or just practice some more.

If you’re not moving your arms like this you’ll never hit it consistently.
