# Throws getting heavier!

I am thinking that the heavier SE’s translate to more potential power transfer from the throw to the yo-yo via the string/response. This is only relevant while the response is engaged.

Once the yo-yo is spinning free of the response, the added weight may have a negative effect on spin time and stability, but not necessarily more so than is initially gained.

But I am not a scientist either.
