# Threadlocher on dark magic?

the adjustable gap wore off on my dark magic so I was thinking I could put on some threadlocker.
any comment?

You don’t need to let it sit for 24 hours, just don’t unscrew it for 24 hours.
Also, if you use the adjustable gap often, after you screw it in adjust the gap to your preference so the LockTite can lock in the gap that you like.

Yeah thats what i meant. Didn’t say it properly sorry.
You can also use shims as an alternative to the adjustable gap.

Id go with shims, so much easier and you cant mess up! Id be worried about my yoyo like sticking together or something because i stink at stuff like that.

lol actually, you can mess up. I messed up, while screwing the yoyo, the shim slid out of the seat, so it was half in half out, then i screwed it in, so it crushed the shim, and be bearing was stuck ;D

you can replace your axle
