# Thin lube effect

Hey, my yo yo became responsive with thin lube.
that is the most common question on my e mail.
thin lube, yes, does make any bearing responsive, but cause of the “thin”, it wears out a lot faster than thick lube and the leftovers are the lube that should be there.
Tips and Tricks!
try doing aggressive pin wheels until it is un responsive.

I recommend having a can of computer duster for this reason. Sit the bearing on the tip of a chopstick or pencil and spin it out. It’s also good to have even if you run your bearings dry just to blow debris out when it starts sounding dirty.

Ummm, NO. Your reasoning is totally wrong. If the lube “wears out” it basically becomes a dry bearing. A dry bearing will spin much better than any bearing with any lube in it. You most likely have a dirty bearing.
