For sure! I’m guessing no yoyo company weighs each yoyo as a part of the testing process. Again, I’m not trying to be a picky jerk at all this whole project has been awesome and fascinating and so it kicks me into deep investigation mode. Fun and exciting stuff does that to me!
As for the play - SUPER fun. I notice some gentler curving as compared to the Drunner, especially in the cut in the cup as well as in the IRG. Beautiful hand feel and super smooth on the string.
@HVizier and @codinghorror kudos on a job well done - you got an amazing yoyo that I’ve always wanted into my hands, and these finishes are fantastic!

The grey and black are not typical titanium oxide, they are likely Titanium-Nitride or Aluminum-Titanium-Nitride - pretty tough stuff (it’s like a ceramic coating). You might want to consider keeping it but if you really want to strip it, I would do some research…

I’ve carried a Ti-Ni coated space pen every day for about 8 years now. The finish has held up/ aged very well!

Yes? It is the bullet style one - it collapses down to half-size and goes perfectly with my Exotac fire-starter and my Madbob’s pocket lockpick set. 🙂

Love the space pen! I had one when I was young. I was a total space nerd. Even went to Space Camp one summer! Placed 2nd in the class in the placement exam and got to pilot the simulator!
