I thought my Yomega Raider was my best looper but I’m locking into the loops with this Imperial! I tried doing some two handed loops today. Epic fail. I did manage to find a little time. This is 360 by my count. Yo-yo is an Imperial. It’s sped up 2x. I’m training for a sprint triathalon, and never mind all of that, _this_ was a test of endurance. @Joe77 my hat’s off to you. ---

Do you need to catch the yoyo to make it count? Or is it …If the yoyo dies then the last loop on that hand is the final count? I once looped so much that the yoyo fell off because the string had no twists. ---

I’m gonna go with just loops as it’s a loop off for this one which is a who can loop most before time ends sort of event. If the yoyo flies off I’ll count it at the last loop done lol. Honestly not being super picky and now that we are in the 400s I’m counting on some level of honesty as I’m not counting every video just the last few of the event at this point. I have been going with catch the YoYo but I’m not really that picky to be honest. If you nail 600 loops consecutive I’m not gonna disqualify you for not catching the last one you know. ---

The idea being that the yoyo flips in the same direction for both inside and outside loops so: For inside loops a half twist for the flip plus a full twist from the circle that the yoyo travels in = 1.5 twists For outside loops a half twist for the flip minus a full twist from the outside circle that the yoyo travels in = -0.5 twists So three outside loops will balance an inside loop.
