whys everyone hating on the 2nd run peak? is it that different?

I think that’s all I’ve played. I have owned (and still own most of) all of the above except for the Bear vs. Man. So, I wouldn’t trust my placement of the BvM on there if I were you. I’ve only thrown it a few minutes at YYC meet-ups. Peak and LB Bassalope are tied.

Glacier Express (THIS one I’m really curious about. It looks like it would be great for 5a)

I like CLYW. I have 12 of their throws.
2 peaks.
Sasquatch
Avalanche
BvM
Gnarwal
Campfire
Wooly Marmot
Small bearing bassalope
Chief
Arctic Circle
Canvas
Doesn’t matter which is “best”. They all have their own unique characteristics and performance personalities. I like them, and that’s sufficient enough for me.

Updated my list to include my new Glacier Express. I find that the GE is smooth, stable, and surprisingly fast.

Im curious to see were the GE ranks with other throwers. I’m very impressed with it. Another win for the Lodge!

havent played a chief/sas/ac/ge yet. there is a big diff between 1-3, 4-5 and 6-8 for me. 1-3 is “enjoy and throw very frequently”, 4-5 is “enjoy and throw pretty often”, 6-8 is “look at in my case and rarely touch”

Gnarwhal being dead last ☹ what did he ever do to you lol. Its interesting to see what everybody prefers. Goes to shoe that the best yoyo is in the eye of the beholder. I personally love the gnarwhal. Ava deserves to be on top IMO though so we argee on that. Peak is a beast to. I love the weight. Its not that stable but there is just something about it that keeps me from letting it go
