# That one 888 video… not THAT one, but the OTHER one

When I was a kid in middle school, roughly 2009, on the 888 page here on yoyoexpert there was a promo video that to this day, I cannot find it.
I miss that video and want to watch it so bad. Does anyone have a link or can you post it?
There’s a 888 video that is shot at night, and it’s not that video. It’s the other one shot in the day with a song that sounded like weezer or something…

I wonder if you’re thinking of this - it’s not with the 888, but this is from 2009, Yuuki is using the Skyline and OG DNA, which are both 888 related. This is from YYF’s Undeniable video series, so maybe it was on a YYF product page somewhere here on YYE and you’re (understandably) confusing it with that. Biggest giveaway to me was the Weezer type song, which this has.

EDIT: Now that I’m thinking about it, I do feel like it’s probably the one Andre posted… went down a YT rabbit hole which kinda jogged my memory and I feel like the one he posted was on that product page. Really interested to see what OP says!

Yes!!! Thanks Andre! This brings back so many memories from my childhood what a nostalgia hit! I remember this is what made me buy an 888x ! Though I’m pretty sure this video featured much older versions of the 888. I miss my high wall 888 😩

Yea it was the one Andre posted, I remember that one as well, but was maybe getting the two confused. That funky synth intro instantly jogged my memory in that Revolution is Prague video. So that one WAS an 888 video, and yours was the skyline dna video with yuuki.
Man it’s been such a long time since I’ve seen any of these Thank you all 🙌🏻

Yeah - that video is pretty special because it features Vashek who went on to start SLUSNY in Prague. It was actually made for the release of the original 888. Vashek’s brother was an amazing video editor and they were pretty ground breaking for their time!
Vashek actually first really blew people away with a Fast 201 video challenge he won with this video here:
